What’s a claim?
A claim is the smallest unit of intelligence in Knowle. It captures one specific pattern, benchmark, or observation your agency has validated — not a sprawling document, not a folder of slides.
Think of it like this: “Video-first campaigns outperform static by 3.2x in healthcare verticals” is a claim. The 40-page campaign report it came from is a source.
Each claim has its own version history, owner, review date, and lifecycle status. When the data changes, you update the claim — and every client workspace and AI connector that references it gets the new version automatically.

Can I really start for free?
Yes. The free tier gives you 50 published claims, 1 team member, 1 client workspace, 1 client seat, and 1 AI connector. No credit card required, no trial countdown.
What happens when I hit my claim limit?
You can still access and edit existing claims, but you won’t be able to publish new ones until you upgrade or archive claims you no longer need.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to your new limits. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What counts as a team member vs. a client seat?
Team members are people in your agency who create, review, and govern claims. Client seats are for people outside your agency — clients and stakeholders — who consume published intelligence through client workspaces.
What is an AI connector?
An AI connector lets external AI tools (like Claude, ChatGPT, or your own workflows) access your published intelligence through Knowle’s MCP server. Each connector represents one authenticated integration.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save you roughly 15% compared to monthly billing. The annual price is shown on each tier above.
What does "full governance" include?
Full governance gives you version history on every claim, review reminders, ownership tracking, audit logs, and lifecycle management (draft, published, deprecated, archived). The Solo plan includes basic versioning; Grow and above get the complete governance suite.
